Major Responsibilities聽聽聽
Inspiring children to learn.聽聽
Ensuring the creativity and high quality of teaching and learning of the class, assisted by a teaching assistant.聽聽聽
Sharing responsibilities for curriculum development, display, performances, trips and organizing some aspects of special events.聽聽聽
Fostering a caring atmosphere and showing commitment to the well-being and social and academic progress of each pupil.聽

Key Requirements :
University degree and a recognized qualification (such as PGCE) in Early Childhood Education聽聽聽
High Proficiency in English;聽聽聽
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Early Years, ideally with experience in an international educational setting聽聽聽
Experience in teaching second language learners聽聽聽
Strong knowledge and/or experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum framework聽聽聽
Curriculum development knowledge聽聽聽
Be inter-culturally aware with well-developed interpersonal skills聽聽聽
Be committed to ensuring high standards of teaching and learning聽聽聽
Be collaborative and able to work as part of a team

General Requirements for International Teaching Positions

• Minimum Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in relevant subject area
• A recognized teaching qualification (e.g. BEd, PGCE)
• Minimum two years experience of classroom teaching in mainstream education sector
• Previous experience of teaching the IB curriculum is preferred, high potential candidates without IB experience might聽be considered
• Well-versed in various teaching resources including聽digital tools to support and enhance teaching and learning
• Sensitivity to the cultural differences
• A willingness to聽actively participate聽in the academic enrichment and co-curricular programmes
