Returns

Any unopened product that is offered by The Puzzle Castle can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of the day of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Your credit card will be credited for the amount of purchase once we receive the returned merchandise. You will be credited for the dollar amount of the items only as shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

We will gladly make exchanges in the same time period of 21 days from the day of the original purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable and the buyer would also be responsible for the additional shipping charges. (Shipping is always calculated at the cheapest rates available.)

All returns or exchanges must be initiated by contacting us first. Either call us at 866-PCASTLE (722-7853) or email us at jigsaws@thepuzzlecastle.com. We will issue you a merchandise return number to track your return which you will need to write on the outside of the box containing your return. You will receive an email confirming receipt of the box and the appropriate credit due.

*Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for international orders.

Cancellations

To cancel an order prior to shipping you must contact The Puzzle Castle by phone or by email during normal business hours. For orders we are able to cancel prior to shipping you will receive a cancellation email. Once an item ships the buyer still has the option of returning the unwanted item as per the returns policy. We do ship quickly so please contact us quickly.

Incorrect Addresses

There will be a $10 "in transit address correction" charge if the mistake was made by the buyer. (This is a charge that all the major shipping carriers charge.) We will make every attempt to correct location at the cheapest prices and as quickly as possible.
